5-Day Kidepo Valley Wilderness
For safari veterans and photographers: a park that feels closer to the Serengeti than to Kampala — lions, cheetahs and leopards in a vast ochre-and-gold valley.
Safari Itinerary
A long but spectacular drive through Murchison Falls and the Karamoja region to one of the remotest parks in Africa.
Full day in the Narus valley — buffalo herds, elephants, cheetah, and 480+ bird species including ostriches and secretary birds.
Morning drive along the Kidepo riverbed to the Sudan border viewpoint. Afternoon cultural visit to a Karamojong manyatta.
Sunrise drive, then an afternoon at the lodge to drink in the silence — you may not see another vehicle all day.
