Lake Mburo is Uganda’s smallest savanna park at just 370 square kilometres, but it is packed with zebra, impala, eland, topi and buffalo — the only place in Uganda where you will find impala. Leopard and hyena are frequently seen on night drives.
Because there are no elephants to worry about, Lake Mburo is the one park where walking, cycling and horseback safaris are possible, giving a completely different perspective on the bush.
