Reservations
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment at the time of confirmation.
Permits
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are non-refundable once issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority. All other permit fees are refundable up to 60 days before travel.
Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 60 days before departure forfeit the deposit. Between 30 and 60 days, 50% of the total is charged. Within 30 days, 100% is charged. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Changes by us
If a park or activity becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will substitute an equivalent experience or refund that portion of the trip.
